Policies
Placing an Order:
First of all, you must remember that this is a small part-time
business and items are custom made as ordered. Due to this, products
may take 1-4 weeks to obtain materials, manufacture, and mail.
Ordering options:
Internet through ChinookOutdoorGear.com, Phone or e-mail.

Payment:
Payment shall be in U.S. legal tender only.
USPS Money Orders only
Internet (PayPal, this is the only credit card and eCheck processing
option)
A $25.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks and all
fees incurred in collecting a past due account will be the
responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped via USPS. The standard shipping
charges are based on order dollar amounts starting at $4.00. Shipping
charges will be shown in Shopping Cart.

Returns:
If you wish to return an unused item, it must be done with in
10 days of receiving it for refund. We must have the product back and
inspected before a credit can be issued.

Repairs:
Items may be sent in for repair. Items must be returned clean.
If items are returned soiled, we will launder them and you will be
billed $25.00 per item that needs cleaning. We reserve the right to
deny repair due to items that are so badly soiled that they will not
come clean. This is due to the damage that it will cause our machines.
